Come and join us for a magical and deeply nourishing weekend at the beautiful Yoga Mangalam retreat center located in Halland Sweden. 

The gift of a beautiful summer weekend awaits you!

With joy and gratitude Mahima and I, Linda, open our arms to sisters longing for a deep experience of authentic sacred space. Together we will build an altar to honor our bodies, our temples, for the carriers of precious life that they are. Supporting each other to surrender and allow grace to shower us in this all embracing circle.

This life is such a miraculous gift - let us gather, remember and celebrate!

During our weekend together we will enjoy:

- Goddess Yoga

- Sacred Singing Circle

- Silent walk in the forest

- Morning dips in the lake

- A Cacao Ceremony with celestial live music

- The sweet Gift of sharing in a circle

- Mindful eating

- Mantra meditation with sister’s blessings

- Qi gong

We will invite life to present us with gifts through moments of flow in alignment with the needs of the group.

Complimenting these amazing experiences will be deliciously prepared meals by chef Linda.  

The meals will be prepared with organic seasonal ingredients, vegan and gluten free. They will be created with love for our bodies as well as love for mother earth.

23/9 16.00 - We meet at Yoga Mangalam where we meet up over a welcome fika. Check in from 15.00 Pm 

Sunday 25/9 -  We say goodbye at 14.00 after lunch and our closing ceremony 

Investment: 4395 kr inkl moms 

Accomendation in bedrooms with two to four people

Two singel bedrooms is avaliable with additional cost of  500 kr

About Mahima

Mahima creates a space of grace by weaving sacred sounds by combining her enchanting voice with a shamanic drum and Tibetan crystal singing bowls.  Together, this transports the listener to a place of wholeness and wonder. She carries an ancient wisdom of the power of sound and shares it with deep reverence in her intuitive way.

She has over 20 years of experience in leading groups and individuals in the areas of sacred sound, yoga, the way of the priestess, shamanism and tantra.

She practices a way of life that she calls ‘Surrendered leadership’ and inspires others to explore this path. The emphasis is put on the inner world by trusting in one's own inner guidance and taking action from that space..

Her relationship to music has been a practice of surrendering to spirit and allowing her songs to flow through her transparently.

About Linda

Linda’s passion in life is a holistic plant based lifestyle. She has been teaching in this subject for over 20 years.

She is a rawfood and a vegan chef, holistic coach, yoga teacher, qigong instructor and a cookbook author. Her last book called Systrarna Perssons Skafferi, she wrote with her sister Malin Persson. She holds lectures and retreats all around the world, inspiring people to live in harmony with nature by way of lifestyle and eating habits.

Linda has been a restaurant owner, Raw Food House in Malmö for 8 years where she received many awards for the concept and her food. She gets her inspiration from nature and the different seasons.  She loves to spend a lot of time out in nature and in her luch garden where she grows her own herbs, fruits, berries and veggies. In her rural kitchen she creates unique recipes of delicious food filled with love and gratitude for life.

Together we will dive deeply into our practices supported by the beautiful nature surrounding Yoga Mangalam.  Located south of Varberg, Yoga Mangalam is nestled within a peaceful birch forest dotted with calming lakes.  

It is an ideal oasis for inspiration and rejuvenation.
